I am an artist creating Paintings in various mediums some of which use Traditional media and some of which are Digitally based. Whether my paintings are Digital or Traditional, the same compositional elements apply. The arrangement of the piece, including rhythm, perspective, focal points, proportion and light source are just a few considerations when I create a painting.

As a classically trained Artist I was taught to paint using traditional brushes and mediums.

As a digital Artist I work directly on my computer with a pressure sensitive stylus and tablet. Though my digital work has the same realism one expects to see in photography, this work is not photography.

I create my work, regardless of the medium, with the same attention to detail and composition. I am intrigued with the close viewpoint and careful observation such a focus affords.
